The Hanover County School Board meeting scheduled for today (Tuesday, February 11) has been postponed due to inclement weather. The meeting will now be held on Monday, February 17. The meeting will still be held in the Hanover County Public Schools Central Office - John M. Gandy Building (200 Berkley Street in Ashland). The Board will hold a work session at 3 p.m. that will be followed by a closed session. The public business meeting will begin at 7 p.m.
Please note that those who have signed up to address the School Board during public comment do not need to re-register for the rescheduled meeting; your registration will carry over. Registration for public comment for the rescheduled meeting remains open. To make a request to address the School Board, please submit your name, magisterial district, and subject of your remarks to
[email protected] or call 804-365-4502 no later than 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Speakers are requested to send their comments to
[email protected] no later than 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting or bring 10 copies of the comments to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.
